Einsteinium(II) bromide is a binary inorganic chemical compound of einsteinium and bromine with the chemical formula EsBr₂.^[1]^[2]

Synthesis

The compound can be prepared via a reduction of EsBr
₃ with H
₂.^[3]

2 EsBr₃ + H₂ → 2 EsBr₂ + 2 HBr
