This is a list of trolleybus systems in Italy by Regione. It includes all trolleybus systems, past and present.
Italian peninsula
Abruzzo

| Pescara | 1903 | 1904 | Interurban line to Castellamare Adriatico. Construction of a new system, to Montesilvano, began in 2009,[2] but has since been suspended several times. However, in 2018 the first section of completed wiring was tested by a trolleybus loaned from the Chieti trolleybus system.[3] After cancellation of the original vehicle order, a new vehicle order was placed in 2019.[4] |
