Samuel Clarke (* 11. október 1675, Norwich, Spojené kráľovstvo – † 17. máj 1729, Leicester) bol britský teológ a filozof.

Bol predstaviteľom anglikanizmu, od roku 1707 farár v Londýne, priateľ Isaaca Newtona, ktorého filozofické učenie zastával v listoch Leibnizovi.
