This is a list of the largest cities of the Mexican state of Jalisco, based on the population of the cities, not including the municipalities' total population.

2 Zapopan 1,202,900 Zapopan Zapopan is one of the prosperous cities conjoining Guadalajara, it is known as the new home for the soccer team Chivas' new stadium, Estadio Omnilife.
3 Tlaquepaque 605,000 Tlaquepaque Tlaquepaque is a city enclaved within the extensive metropolis of Guadalajara. It is known for its clay pottery and blown glass. Colorful festivities and admiring chapels bring flare to Tlaquepaque.
4 Tonalá 440,800 Tonalá Tonalá has its nickname of Cuna alfarera, or "Cradle of Pottery", because of its dedication to pottery, since many centuries.
